 50 g butter, plus extra for frying
 300 g milk
 2 eggs
 30 g sugar
 200 g plain flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp salt

Place butter into. mixing bowl and melt 2 min | 70°C | Speed 1.

Add milk, eggs, sugar, plain flour, baking powder and salt and mix 10 sec | Speed 5.

To cook pancakes, heat ½ tsp butter in a frying pan over medium heat. For each pancake, pour in a ladle of batter and cook 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start bursting on pancake surface. Turn pancake over and cook for a further 1 minute. Place pancake on a serving plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve the pancakes with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
