Baby-friendly Cheesy Sardines and Sweetcorn Pasta Salad is a wholesome and flavorful dish designed to appeal to both babies and adults. It combines the rich taste of cheddar cheese and sardines with the sweetness of sweetcorn in a creamy pasta salad.

 110 g cheddar cheese, cut in pieces (2 cm)
 1600 g water
 2 tsp olive oil
 150 g tinned sardines, in olive oil, drained,
 1 tsp lemon Juice
 2 pinches black pepper
 200 g dried fusilli pasta
 80 g frozen sweetcorn kernels
 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Place the cheddar cheese in the mixing bowl and grate for 5 sec | speed 9. Transfer the grated cheese to a large bowl and set aside.

Place water and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in the mixing bowl. Bring it to a boil for 10 min | 100°C | speed 1. Meanwhile, add sardines to bowl with cheese, breaking it up into loose flakes with a fork. Season with lemon juice and pepper then set aside.

Add pasta to mixing bowl and cook time indicated on packet | 100°C | ⤺ speed spoon. Meanwhile, 2 minutes before end of cooking time, add sweetcorn. Drain in Varoma dish then add drained pasta to bowl with cheese and tuna then stir with spatula to combine. Stir in the mayonnaise and the remaining teaspoon of olive oil until all the ingredients are evenly coated. Serve the pasta salad warm and enjoy!
