This homemade Belgian Waffle is easy and delicious! The outside is perfectly crisp and golden while light and fluffy on the inside! Just total 5 mins of kneading using the Thermomix kneading function.

 130 g Bread flour
 2 Eggs
 20 g Brown Sugar
 4 g Yeast
 1 pinch Salt
 10 g Honey

 70 g Unsalted Butter (room temperature)

Put all the ingredients A into mixing bowl activate dough mode | 1 min.

Open the measuring cup and activate dough mode | 1:30 min, add the butter piece by piece until finish. Let the dough stand in the mixing bowl for 5 minutes.

Continue another round dough mode | 3 mins. Divide the dough into 35g each and rest for 20mins. (Go for next step or keep in the fridge to next morning for next step)

Heat a waffle iron and lightly grease with a little butter, put one dough ball onto the iron press it down and cook until golden brown. (About 3.5 mins) Repeat the process with the rest of the dough. Keep waffles warm as you cook them.

Serve with icing sugar or maple syrup and fresh seasonal fruit to your liking.
