 25 g Chrysanthemum
 3 red dates, pitted
 1 licorice root slices (甘草片)
 60 g lump sugar
 1500 g water

Put chrysanthemum, red date and licorice root slices in simmering basket and rinse under running water.

Place water and lump sugar into Thermomix® mixing bowl, and insert simmering basket. Cook for 30 min | 100°C | Speed 2. Serve hot or cold.
