
Classic Butter Cookies
Place sugar, into mixing bowl and grind 10 sec | speed 10.
Add butter and mix 15 sec | speed 3.5, scrap down the sides and mix for another 15 sec | speed 3.5
Turn to 30 sec | speed 3.5 slowly add in the egg through the hole.
Add flour, salt and mix 10 sec | speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Mix further for 5 sec | speed 4. Transfer dough to cling wrap, shape into a square and refrigerate 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat oven to 160°C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
Roll dough to 5mm thickness. Cut out shapes with cookie cutter. Place on prepared baking sheets. Reroll scraps and repeat with remaining dough.
Bake 12-15 minutes (160°C), until lightly brown. Let cool completely.
