Creme Patissiers
Without watching over the stove, Thermomix will cook the custard with the perfect temperature!
Add milk, egg yolks, sugar, salt and cornflour in thermomix mixing bowl and cook 7 min | 90°C | speed 3.
Insert the butterfly into mixing bowl, add 30g butter and whip 30 second | speed 3.
Transfer vanilla custard to a serving bowl or individual dessert bowls and remove vanilla pod. Serve lukewarm or cover with cling film in direct contact with the custard and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
