You know you did it right when your little one tastes your waffle and said "biscuit". The perfect waffle is crisp and well-browned on the outside and moist, light, airy and fluffy on the inside.

 65 g unsalted butter, cubes
 40 g brown sugar
 2 eggs
 125 g plain flour
 70 g milk
 ½ tsp baking powder
 10 g corn flour

Place the butter, brown sugar, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder and corn flour in the Thermomix® mixing bowl and mix 30 sec | Speed 4.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter on a hot waffle iron and bake until nicely golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Dust with icing sugar, serve with nutella, jam or fruits. Enjoy!
