Extremely fluffy banana pancake is just perfect for your breakfast! With or without Thermomix it's super easy. You can absolutely whip it up by hand if you don't own a Thermomix *winks*
Place flour, baking powder and sugar in mixing bowl , mix 10 sec | speed 3.
Add egg, 1 bananas and milk, mix 10 sec | speed 4.
Heat a non-stick pan and melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake into the pan and cook on one side. Turn the pancakes with a spatula, finish cooking and arrange them on plates one on top of the other.
Decorate with 1 sliced bananas and fresh berries
