Yields4 Servings
 500 g pork ribs
1 sweet corn, cut into sections
 50 g dried scallops (optional)
 1500 g water
300 g pumpkin, peeled and cubed
 1 pinch white pepper
 1 tsp salt
 ½ stock cubes

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the pork ribs and blanch for 5 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and rinse the ribs under cold water, then set them aside.
