 400 g salmon, without bones, without skin
 10 g ginger slice
 500 g water
 10 g light soy sauce
 10 g fish sauce
 10 g sugar
 1 tsp pepper

Place fresh salmon fillets, ginger, cooking wine, on a plate and place them into Varoma dish. Place water into mixing bowl. Place Varoma with fish into position, secure Varoma lid and steam 20-24 min | Varoma | Speed 1 or until salmon is cooked. After cooking, pour the cooked fish into a wire mesh basket to drain, remove the ginger slices, and set aside. Clean the main bowl.

Put the cooked salmon, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and pepper into the main bowl. Stir-fry at 15 min | Varoma | Speed 2 without measuring cup. Depending on your preference, you can use fish floss, or place it in a sealed container and store it in a dry place.
