 60 g unsalted butter
 30 g sugar
 55 g honey
 30 curry leaves, chopped
 2 tbsp salted egg yolk powder
 200 g cornflakes

Place butter and sugar into Thermomix® mixing bowl and cook for 4 min | 60°C | Speed 2.

Add curry leaves, honey and salted egg yolk powder, cook 5 mins | 90°C | speed 1

Add cornflakes into the mixing bowl, stir well and coat with the sauce evenly using spatula.

Portion the mixed cornflakes into small cupcake mould and bake for 5 min 170ºC.
