 3 drumsticks, cut into small pieces
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp white pepper powder
 20 g sesame oil
 20 g ginger slices
 600 g water
 1 pack chicken essence
 1 tbsp cooking wines
 125 g mee sua
 20 g goji berries
 2 fried eggs

Place the drumstick pieces into a bowl and marinate them with salt and white pepper. Set them aside.

In Thermomix® mixing bowl, add the sesame oil and ginger slices. Sauté for 3 min | 120°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Add the marinated chicken to the mixing bowl. Cook for 8 min | 120°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Pour in the water, chicken essence, Shaoxing wine, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 7 min | 100°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Add the mee sua and goji berries to the mixture. Cook for an additional 1 min | 100°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon. Serve the soup with fried eggs placed on top.
