Fresh juicy corn kernels with minced pork is the easiest quickest to pair with rice.

 200 g Mincemeat (Pork or Chicken)
 12 g Oyster Sauce
 12 g Light Soy Sauce
 5 g Corn Starch
 5 g Sesame Oil
 60 g Corn Kernels
 500 g Water, for steaming

Place a large bowl on mixing bowl lid, weigh in mincemeat, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, corn starch, sesame oil and corn kernels to the bowl and mix well.

Pour the mixed minced meat into a deep dish, put it into the Varoma dish, be careful not to block the ventilation holes, and cover the Varoma lid for later use.

Place water in mixing bowl, set Varoma in position, steam 18 min | Varoma | Speed 1. , sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
