Steamed Asian Pear is a simple yet delightful dish that showcases the natural sweetness and juiciness of the Asian pear. The pear is gently steamed until tender, allowing its flavors to concentrate and its texture to soften.

 3 asian pear
 2 tbsp goji berries
 15 rock sugar
 80 g drinking water
 1200 g water

Clean and peel the pear. Cut off the top of the pear and set it aside.
Use a spoon to scoop out the core from the pear and place it in a ceramic bowl.

Add goji berries, rock sugar, and the red date inside the pear. Fill up the pear with water and place the top back on.

Place the pear inside Varoma dish. Set Varoma into position, steam for 60 min | Varoma | Speed 1.
Serve the steamed pear warm or chill it in the refrigerator before consuming.
