 2 chicken leg, cut into pieces
 15 g ginger, julienned
 15 g soy sauce
 15 g oyster sauce
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tbsp sugar
 15 g cooking wines
 1 tbsp corn starch
 8 g codycerp flowers
 3 red dates, pitted
 10 g goji berries
 5 g sesame oil
 15 g scallions

Place a bowl on mixing bowl lid, weigh in chicken, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wines, corn starch Add cordycep flower, red dates and goji berries and sesame oil. Mix and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Transfer marinated chicken to a steaming tray (Ø 15 cm). Arrange in Varoma dish and set aside.
