 2 whole chicken leg, with skin and bone
 1 tsp sugar
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp white pepper powder
 1 tsp corn starch
 10 g dried chrysanthemum flower, rinsed
 2 slices liquorice roots 甘草片
 800 g water
 35 g honey
 10 g wolfberries
 1 key lime, cut in wedges, deseeded

Place a steaming dish (ø 14 cm) on mixing bowl lid, weigh in chicken. Add sugar, salt, white pepper powder and cornflour to the dish. Mix and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Place dried chrysanthemum flowers, liquorice roots and 200 g water in mixing bowl, cook 15 min | 50°C | Speed 2. Transfer to a bowl. Add honey to chrysanthemum water and stir well.

Place 600 g water in mixing bowl, set Varoma dish into position, insert steaming dish with chicken into it. Drizzle honey chrysanthemum mixture and scatter wolfberries on chicken. Close Varoma lid and steam 20 min | Varoma | Speed 3. Check if chicken is cooked (see tip), prolong steaming time if necessary. Remove Varoma and set aside. Carefully open Varoma lid, squeeze lime juice on chicken and serve hot.
