 2 whole chicken legs (cut in cubes)
 15 g light soy sauce
 15 g oyster sauce
 30 g cooking wines
 1 pinch white pepper
 5 g sugar
 15 g corn starch
 4 shiitake mushrooms, soaked to soften, sliced
 3 red dates (cut into pieces)
 20 g goji berry
 30 g ginger, julienned
 1 spring onion, chopped
 15 g sesame oil

Place a large bowl onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in chicken legs cubes, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wines, sugar, white pepper, and corn starch. Mix well then add julienned ginger, mushroom slices, red dates, goji berries, spring onion and sesame oil, mix well again. Marinate for 30 minutes in a cool place or refrigerated.

Pour the marinated chicken into a deep dish, put it into the Varoma dish, be careful not to block the ventilation hole, and cover the Varoma lid.
