 300 g White Rice, Rinsed

Place the water into the mixing bowl, insert the simmering basket, weigh the rice into it and cook 18 min | 100ºC | speed 3.5

Remove simmering basket with aid of a spatula, transfer the rice into a thermal serving bowl and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
