Thousands Island Prawn
Sweet, creamy and umami taste of sauce, and it only takes 5 minutes to cook this dish!
300 g Medium size Prawns, unpeeled, deveined
50 g Mayonnaise
½ tbsp Corn Starch
1 pinch White Pepper
80 g Tomato Sauces
Seasonings
¼ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Sugar

Place a large bowl on mixing bowl lid, weigh in prawns. Add salt, sugar, white white pepper powder and corn starch to the bowl and mix well. Let it marinade in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Place marinade prawns and marinade sauces, tomato sauce and mayonnaise into Thermomix Mixing Bowl, cook for 5 min | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon.
