Tofu Shrimps Broccoli Steam Eggs

Steamed Eggs with Shrimp, Tofu and broccoli is an advanced version of steamed eggs, the taste is delicious, the eggs are smooth, the tofu is so soft, the shrimp is fresh, and is also full of nutrition.

 2 Eggs
 1 pinch Salt
 150 g Water
 1 pack tofu
 10 Shrimps (deshelled)
 50 g Broccoli, cut into pieces
Garnish
 soy sauce
 white pepper

Place eggs, water, salt and pepper into Thermomix® mixing bowl to mix 5 sec | Speed 4. Arrange the smooth tofu (cut in cubes) on a heat resistant plate, pour the eggs mixture through a sieve into it, arrange the broccoli and shrimps on top and place into Varoma dish.

Add 500g water into mixing bowl and steam for 15 mins | Varoma | speed 2

Remove the tofu, drizzle with soy sauce and white pepper on top and garnish with spring onion. Serve hot!
