Matcha Wreath Cookies 💚🎄 this is the must ha

Matcha Wreath Cookies 💚🎄 this is the must have for Christmas! Nothing look more like the Christmas color ! Green red and white 💚❤️🤍🌲

48 g eggs
30 g whipping cream, 30-40% fat
30 g cranberries, dried
30 g pistachios, unsalted
115 g butter, unsalted, cubed
60 g icing sugar, plus extra to dust
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp matcha powder
20 g milk powder
140 g cake flour
115 g white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment and set aside. Place a bowl onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in egg and whipping cream in a bowl and set aside.

Place pistachios into mixing bowl and chop 2 sec | Speed 6. Transfer to a separate bowl and set aside.

Place cranberries into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec | Speed 8. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Rinse and dry mixing bowl.

Place butter and icing sugar into mixing bowl and mix 30 sec | Speed 4. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula. Remove the measuring cup, mix 10 sec | Speed 4, meanwhile add the reserved egg and whipping cream through hole in mixing bowl lid.

Add salt, matcha powder, milk powder and cake flour into mixing bowl. Insert measuring cup and mix 10 sec | Speed 3. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and mix a further 5 sec | Speed 3. Transfer to a piping bag with large star nozzle, pipe into wreaths on prepared baking sheets and bake 15-20 minutes (325°F/160°C) until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely. Clean and dry mixing bowl.

Place white chocolate into mixing bowl and heat 3 min | 50°C | Speed 1. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Dip part of cookie into melted chocolate and decorate with reserved nuts and cranberries. Dust with icing sugar (optional) and serve.

Haven’t got the recipes up on my website for the earlier Rosemary garlic bread. 🫣 gonna sharing them here so u can try them during the weekend. Save this post for later ❤️

400g bread flour
40g egg
1/2 tsp salt
220g water
24g sugar
1/2 tsp instant dried yeast
28g unsalted butter

Garlic butter:
35g butter
6g garlic (chop as fine as possible)
1 pinch of salt

Topping:
30g parmesan cheese
3g chopped parley
4 sprigs rosemary

Line a baking sheet with parchment and coat a large bowl with some flour and set aside.

Add bread flour, egg, salt, water, sugar, instant dried yeast into the mixing bowl, knead Dough | 3 min.

Add butter, knead another Dough | 3 min.

Transfer dough into prepared bowl, cover with cling wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (approx. 1 hr.).

Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and shape into a ball, let them rest for 10 min. Mean while, mix the 35g butter, chopped garlic, and salt into a paste, transfer them into a piping bag and set aside.

Place one of the dough onto working surface, roll them into flat oval shape. Then roll them up into a log with both ends pointy. Spray the dough with some water, coat them with the cheese powder and place them onto the baking tray. Cover with greased cling wrap or damp kitchen towel and let rise again in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size. Towards the end of resting time, preheat oven to 180ºC.

Before go into the oven, score a straight line in the centre of the dough. Pipe the garlic butter in the line. Bake for 16-18 minutes (180ºC) until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

I also added some chunky @jobbienutbutter into this recipes! It’s YUMMM, peanut butter and banana will never go wrong. Still have some ripe banana to finish up, simply pair with the 🥜 butter + 🍌.
