 70 g icing sugar
 225 g almond slices
 30 g cake flour
 40 g melted butter

Preheat the oven to 170°C, line the baking tray with parchment paper, and set it aside.

In the mixing bowl, combine egg whites, caster sugar, and salt at 30 sec | Speed 3.
