Pasta
 1200 g water
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp olive oil
 100 g spaghetti
Creamy Sauce
 15 g garlic
 30 g butter
 50 g onion, cut in quarter
 100 g mushroom, cut in slices
 1 tsp stock cube
 100 g whipping cream
 1 pinch salt
 1 pinch black pepper
 15 g parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
Pasta

Place water and ½ tsp of the salt into mixing bowl and bring to the boil 10 min | 100°C | Speed 1.

Add spaghetti through hole in mixing bowl lid and cook time indicated on package| 100°C | ⤺ Speed 1 , without measuring cup until al dente. Drain spaghetti through Varoma dish and transfer into thermal serving bowl with olive oil. Mix well with spatula and keep warm. Quickly rinse mixing bowl in cold water.

Place garlic cloves in Thermomix® mixing bowl, chop 5 sec | Speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add butter, onion slices and mushroom sauté 5 min | 120°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Add stock cube, whipping cream, salt and ground pepper, cook for 8 min | 100°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Add the reserved pasta and parmesan cheese, cook for 1 min | 98°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon. Serve hot with additional grated Parmesan cheese on top.
