 125 g unsalted butter
 40 g icing sugar
 4 g instant coffee powder
 2 g water
 1 g salt
 165 g cake flour

In the Thermomix® bowl, add the butter and icing sugar. Mix 1 min | Speed 4. until the mixture is creamy. Meanwhile, mix the instant coffee with water until fully dissolved.

Add the coffee mixture to the butter and icing sugar. Mix for 30 sec | Speed 3 to thoroughly combine the ingredients.

Add the salt and cake flour to the mixture. Mix for 20 sec | Speed 3 until a cohesive dough forms.

Transfer the cookie dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe flower shapes onto a lined baking tray. Freeze the entire tray in the freezer for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C during the last 15 minutes of freezing time.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
