Dragon Cookies
Dragon Cookies are not just treats; they're a delightful journey into the realm of fantasy and flavor. These cookies are more than a recipe; they're a magical baking adventure waiting to unfold in your kitchen.
In the Thermomix bowl, add the butter and icing sugar. Mix 1 min | Speed 4. until the mixture is creamy.
Add the egg yolk, milk, milk powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix for 1 min | Speed 3 to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
Add cornstarch. Mix for 20 sec | Speed 3 until a cohesive dough forms.
Transfer the cookie dough into a piping bag fitted with a Wilton 1M nozzle. Pipe S shapes onto a lined baking tray. Freeze the entire tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 150°C during the last 15 minutes of freezing time.
Bake the Dragon Cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. The cookies should not brown much. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optionally, once the cookies are cool, use a toothpick dipped in red coloring to decorate the eyes.
