 125 g butter
 45 g icing sugar
 10 g egg yolk
 10 g milk
 145 g cake flour
 10 g milk powder
 6 g earl grey tea leaves
 1 pinch salt

In the Thermomix bowl, add the butter and icing sugar. Mix 1 min | Speed 4. until the mixture is creamy.

Add egg yolk and milk. Mix for 1 min | Speed 3 to thoroughly combine the ingredients.

Add cake flour, milk powder, earl grey leaves and a pinch of salt. Mix for 20 sec | Speed 3 until a cohesive dough forms.

Transfer the cookie dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe a circle shapes onto a lined baking tray. Freeze the entire tray in the freezer for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 165°C during the last 15 minutes of freezing time.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
