Cup Cake
 240 g Plain Flour
 25 g Cocoa Powder
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 pinch Salt
 200 g Butter, Soften
 60 g Granulated Sugar
 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
 4 Eggs
 100 g Full Cream Milk
Icing Butter Cream
 150 g Butter, Soften
 130 g Cream Cheese
 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
 100 g Icing Sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line the muffin mould with 12 holes paper cups.

Put flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a thermomix mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec | speed 5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Put butter, sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec | speed 4.

Add the eggs and mix for 20 sec | speed 4. Scape down with a spatula.

Add milk and stir for 30 sec | speed 3.

Add a mixture of flour and cocoa and mix for 10 sec | speed 4. Mix with a spatula. Fill the prepared cupcakes with the batter.

Bake for 25 minutes (180 °C). Remove from the oven and allow to cool (approx. 1 hour).

Icing Butter Cream

Put butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir 20 sec | speed 4. Fill the pastry bag with cream and decorate the cupcakes. Decorate with chocolates and eyes.
