Lemon Barley Water
A popular drink in Sotheast Asia, it serve almost everywhere in local coffee shop or restaurant. We usually drink this warm or chilled during the hot weathers!
100 g Pearl Barley
50 g Candied Winter Melon
1000 g Water
1 Lemon, juiced

Place rinsed pearl barley, candied winter melon and water into Thermomix Mixing Bowl and cook for 40 min | 100ºC | ⤺ Speed 1.

Stir in lemon juice and serve hot or let the mixture cool to room temperature.
