Melt Butter
Place butter into mixing bowl and melt 3 min | 60°C | Speed 2. or until butter has melted. Allow mixture to cool to 37°C in mixing bowl (see Tips).
To check that the mixture has reached 37°C, remove mixing bowl from Thermomix base and set aside to cool. When you return the mixing bowl to Thermomix base the screen will indicate the current temperature of the mixture in the mixing bowl.
