 140 g red dates, pitted
 1100 g water
 10 g molasses sugar

Rinsing the red dates using the simmering basket. Then, place them into mixing bowl and add water. Cook for 45 min | 100°C | Speed 1.

Add molasses sugar and cook for another 15 min | 100°C | Speed 2.
