 200 g Minced Meat (Chicken or Pork)
 10 g Sugar
 15 g Light Soy Sauce
 10 g Dark Soy Sauce
 8 g Fish Sauce
 50 g Shallot
 20 g Garlic Cloves
 20 g Cooking Oil
 1 Sprig Fresh Basil, leaves only
 10 Bird eye chillies

In a bowl, combine the minced meat, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and fish sauce. Mix well and set aside.

Place shallots and garlic cloves in mixing bowl, chop 6 sec | Speed 5. . Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add cooking oil, sauté 5 min | 120°C | Speed 1.

Add reserved meat, stir fry 5 min | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Add basil leaves and chillies stir fry 5 min | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon. Serve hot.
