Thai Basil Minced Meat (Gai Pad Krapow)
Place a bowl on mixing bowl lid, weigh in minced meat. Add sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and fish sauce to the bowl mix well and set aside.
Place shallots and garlic cloves in mixing bowl, chop 6 sec | Speed 5. . Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
Add cooking oil, sauté 5 min | 120°C | Speed 1.
Add reserved meat, stir fry 5 min | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon.
Add basil leaves and chillies stir fry 5 min | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon. Serve hot.
