Pengat Pisang (Banana Coconut Dessert)

 50 g sago, soaked for 30 minutes
 200 g coconut milk
 200 g water
 80 g palm sugar (Gula Melaka)
 20 g brown sugar
 2 pandan leaves
 1 tsp salt
 150 g bananas, sliced

Place sago, coconut milk, water, palm sugar, brown sugar, and pandan leaves in the Thermomix® mixing bowl. Cook for 15 min | 98°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Add salt and sliced bananas. Cook for 5 min | 98°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more palm sugar if desired. Enjoy!
