Steamed Trio Egg is a dish that features a combination of three types of eggs: century eggs, salted eggs, and regular eggs. The dish is prepared by whisking regular eggs and steaming them together with diced century eggs and salted eggs.

 300 g water
 3 eggs
 1 salted egg, chopped
 1 century egg, peeled and cubes
 2 tsp shallot oil
 500 g water for steaming

In the Thermomix® mixing bowl, pour 300 grams of water and start the Kettle mode Kettle | 40ºC.

Incorporate eggs and whisk for 30 sec | Speed 2. Transfer the mixture to a steaming dish. Add century egg cubes and salted egg cubes. Cover the dish with cling film, making small holes on the surface. Place the dish in the Varoma. Rinse the mixing bowl.

Pour 500g of water into the Thermomix® mixing bowl and bring it to a boil using the Kettle mode Kettle | 100ºC. Position the Varoma and steam for 12 min | Varoma | Speed 1. Remove the cling film, drizzle shallot oil over the dish, and serve.
