 80 g glass noddles
 20 g garlic
 35 g cooking oil
 120 g carrot, julienned
 120 g cabbage, julienned
 2 eggs
 15 g light soy sauce
 15 g oyster sauce
 ½ tsp white pepper powder
 5 g sugar
 2 sprigs of spring onion

Place a large bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Weigh in the glass noodles and fill the bowl with hot water until the noodles are fully covered. Allow them to soak until softened. Drain using a Varoma dish and transfer back to the large bowl. Set aside.

Place garlic cloves in mixing bowl, chop 5 sec | Speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add cooking oil, sauté 4 min | 120°C | ⤺ Speed 1 without measuring cup. Meanwhile, place the soaked and drained glass noddles into a large bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and white pepper and mix it well until the glass noodles are well coated. Set aside.

Add carrots and cabbage, sautés for 8 min | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon with measuring cup back on. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a frying pan. Pan-fry the eggs until cooked through. Cut the eggs into strips or pieces using a spatula. Remove and set aside.

Add the reserved glass noodles. Cook for 5 min | 100°C | ⤺ Speed Spoon.

Transfer the stir-fried cabbage with glass noodles to a serving dish. Garnish with reserved eggs and spring onions.
