Homemade Mayonnaise

CategoryDifficultyBeginner

Generally, the commercial mayonnaise is basically made from 1 egg yolk and 1 liter of salad oil and sugar, 90%-95% are fat, not just that a lot of calories consumed, also the artificial emulsification. Other than that, the oil in it is typically not very healthy. This is the reason why I never buy them on the market. Not only can I check the ingredients, use the eggs, choose the oil and vinegar, and add any flavor that I like. Store it in a dry and seal jar can store up to a month in the fridge.
