Peel Garlic

  • Peel 6 sec | ⤺ speed 4
  • Peel & Chop 5 sec | speed 5

Peel Shallots

  1. Cut off the top and bottom (root)
  2. Put the shallots into mixing bowl and fill up 1L water
  3. Turn to 30 sec | speed 3

Deseed Dried Chilies

  1. Cut the dried chillies in 2 inches
  2. Place into the mixing bowl and use 5 sec | speed 5 (small potion) or 1 min | speed 3 (larger portion)
  3. Pour the chillies into Varoma dish to sieve out the seed

Shred Chicken

  1. Put the cooked chicken in the mixing bowl
  2. Use 10 sec | speed 4 to shred the chicken

*Time can be shortened if the portion is small

Deseed Large Chillies

  1. Place the large chillies inside the mixing bowl and use 1 min | speed 3

Remove Red Date Pits

  1. Place 150g red date inside mixing bowl and use 20 sec | speed 5.5 to remove the pits

Remove Peanut Skin

  1. Insert butterfly whisk into the mixing bowl and place 500g roasted peanut
  2. Turn 30 sec | speed 4 to remove the skin

* Time can be shortened for smaller portions otherwise the peanut will be chopped

Peel Soybean hulls

  1. To remove soy bean hulls, insert butterfly whisk, place soaked soy beans and 600 g water in mixing bowl, blend 1 min | speed 3. Discard bean hulls and drain off water.

De-shell and peel ginko

  1. Place the ginko into simmering basket cook for 10 min | 100°C | speed 2
  2. Remove and simmering basket and discard the water
  3. Pour the cooed ginko into the mixing bowl use 8 sec | speed 5 to remove the shell
