This is one of the Malaysian Favourite Noodle Dish, you can find it in almost every coffee shop or hawker stalls. You can make it so quick and easy at home, and most importantly healthier options you can make.

It usually served with a half cooked egg on top, but I twist it around so my little one can have it! You may also vanish it with some fried shallots and spring onion.

 150 g Mincemeat
 1 pinch Salt
 1 tsp Cornflour
 1 tsp Sesame Oil
 5 Garlic Cloves
 15 g Cooking Oil
 250 g Loh Shu Fun (Silver Pin Noodles), rinsed and drain well
 50 g Bean Sprout
 20 g vegetable
 5 prawns
 5 Fish balls
Sauce
 50 g Water
 15 g Soy Sauce
 15 g Oyster Sauce
 10 g Dark Soy Sauce
 10 g Sugar
 1 pinch White pepper
Ganishing
 6 Fried Bean Curd
 1 dash Fried Shallots

Place a large bowl onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in mincemeat, salt, cornflour and sesame oil to the bowl and mix. Set aside.

Place garlic and shallot into mixing bowl to chop and peel 5 sec | ⤺ Speed 4.5 . Remove the garlic skins and scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Add oil and marinate mincemeat, sauté 5 mins | 120ºC | ⤺ Speed 1. Meanwhile, mix well the sauce (Ingredients A) with the Loh Shu Fan *silver pin noodles. Set aside.

Add in the reserved noodles, bean sprout, vegetables, prawns and fish balls and cook for 10 mins | Varoma | ⤺ Speed Spoon. Last 1 minutes, add in the egg through the lid. Let it sit in the mixing for another 5 Minutes. Serve it with garnishing.
