Babyccino is simply warm milk with cinnamon or cocoa powder, without coffee. And it’s sugar free! Kids can to have their own drink while parents can sip their coffees at home. Peaceful moments!

You can serve the babyccino with anything you want, for example marshmallows or cookies.

INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTES

Ingredient quantities please refer to the recipes card (Click here!)!

  • Milk – this recipes use cow milk. You could substitute any other milk on your choice.
  • Cocoa powder – you could substitute with cinnamon powder if you prefer.
  • Vanilla Paste – you could skip this or substitute with an equal amount of vanilla extract.
  • Sugar – Optional. if you make this a proper babyccino then it will be 1 tsp of sugar, I usually make it sugar free for my little one.

 200 g milk
 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
 1 tsp sugar (optional)
 ½ tsp vanilla paste (optional)

Place milk, sugar and vanilla into mixing bowl and Warm Up | 80°C | speed 2 OR 4 minutes | 80°C | Speed 1.

Without opening the lid, use 1 min | speed 9 to froth.

Divide between mugs. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
