Pineapple Pork Ribs

These pork ribs with pineapple are so tender and seasoned to perfection! They're easy to make and sure to be a dinner favorite. Perfect to pair with rice!

 500 g pork ribs, chopped into pieces (4 - 5 cm)
 200 g pineapple, cut into cubes
 1 tbsp Cornflour
 5 g Light soy sauce
 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Sauces
 50 g Tomato Sauce
 20 g Plum Sauce
 10 g Worcestershire Sauce
 10 g White Rice Vinegar
 20 g Rock Sugar
 5 g Dark Soy Sauce
 50 g Water

Place a bowl on the Thermomix mixing bowl lid, weigh in pork ribs, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the bowl. Mix and aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place cooking oil and marinated pork ribs in mixing bowl, cook 5 min | Varoma | ⤺ speed spoon.

Add the sauces ingredients cook 20 min | 120°C | ⤺ speed spoon.

Add pineapple and cook for 5 mins | 120°C | ⤺ speed spoon. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
