INGREDIENTS AND SUBSTITUTES

ingredient quantities please refer to the recipes card (Click here)!

  • Pork Ribs – You can substitute with chicken thighs. Reduce the steaming time to 30 minutes for chicken.

SERVING FOR TODDLER

Remove any small pieces of bones before serving to your babies! You may slice the meat off of the bones and chop it.

RECIPES TIPS

  • Garnishing the dish. Sprinkled freshly chopped spring onion to add colour and a hint of onion spiciness to the dish.
  • Marinate the meat. The combination of ingredients tenderises meat and makes it more flavourful.
